The Comic Books Auction concludes on Sunday through Tuesday, August 2-4, 2026, the Video Games Mini-Boss Auction closes on Tuesday, August 4, and the Comic Art & Animation Auction ends on Wednesday, August 5.

A pair of Marvel books are among the comic auction highlights, starting with X-Men #50 CGC 9.2 featuring the second appearance of Polaris who is on the cover by Jim Steranko. The Amazing Spider-Man #252 newsstand edition CBCS 9.2 Verified Signature Jim Shooter is the Spidey key that introduced readers to the famous black costume.

The comic art auction showcases Rick Leonardi, Jesse Delperdang, and Mark Farmer’s Nightwing #57 splash page 1 with Dick Grayson’s costume evolution from Robin to the disco Nightwing suit to the black and blue Nightwing costume. Steve Skroce’s Gambit #1 preliminary cover features elements from the final cover like the leaping portrait of the hero.

The video game auction kicks things off with Video Games #1 CGC 9.2, the first issue of the gaming magazine that predates Nintendo Power. This is the first time that Heritage is selling the magazine. They are also offering the high grade Rule of Rose (sealed) PSA 9.8 PlayStation 2 UK version that was released in limited quantities and pulled from some store shelves due to the controversial themes.
