Writer Jeph Loeb, who has guided such DC Comics projects as the year long
“Hush” story arc in Batman with artist Jim Lee and the highly successful
Superman/Batman, his signed an exclusive deal with Marvel Comics.

In previous freelance stints with Marvel, Loeb wrote Daredevil:
Yellow
, Spider-Man: Blue, Hulk: Gray and Gambit (all
with frequent artist-collaborator Tim Sale) and briefly worked on Fantastic
Four
.

His exclusive contract does provide for him to continue
working on DC’s new series Supergirl, though, at least for the time
being. Loeb helped re-launch the character in the pages of
Superman/Batman, which he’ll be leaving with #25.
