Ghostbusters: Afterlife saved the best for last with their final trailer. Since the movie was announced the number one question has been whether or not the original Ghostbusters show up. An earlier trailer confirmed that Dan Aykroyd would be making a cameo at the least, when he answers the phone at Ray’s Occult shop. But the final trailer confirms that Aykroyd, Bill Murray, and Ernie Hudson are back and they are suiting up!

The minute-long trailer rehashes footage we’ve seen in other trailers and promotional videos, but with some important additions. As we hear Ray Stantz’s voiceover talking about the Book of Revelation, an temple appears to be resurfacing. Egon’s grandchildren are in the thick of the situation, and who are they going to call? The trailer ends with the definition of a teaser shot when the original Ghostbusters show up to save the day.

Ghostbusters: Afterlife is heading to theaters on November 19, 2021. Finn Wolfhard and Mckenna Grace are starring as Egon’s grandchildren. The cast also includes Paul Rudd, Carrie Coon, and Bokeem Woodbine.
