Wakandans Meet Ben Grimm in Avengers: Doomsday Teaser
The Marvel Cinematic Universe has rolled out a new teaser for Avengers: Doomsday, previewing a big first meeting and a tenuous alliance. It brings together the leaders of Wakanda and one of the Fantastic Four, and shows the royalty from Talokanil.

The teaser begins with Black Panther/Shuri (Letitia Wright) walking through the desert and lamenting the losses she has suffered. We see Namor (Tenoch Huerta), Namora (Mabel Cadena), and their fellow undersea dwellers walking on dry land. M’Baku (Winston Duke) appears by Shuri’s side and introduces himself as “King M’Baku of Wakanda” to Ben Grimm (Ebon Moss-Bachrach). The moment begins an alliance between Wakanda and the Fantastic Four who traveled from Earth-828 into the main MCU world, which was seen at the end of Thunderbolts*.
This is the fourth teaser for the next Avengers film, which boasts a huge cast of MCU stars. The first two teasers saw the returns of Chris Evans as Steve Rogers and Chris Hemsworth as Thor, and the third introduces the X-Men franchise’s Professor X (Patrick Stewart), Magneto (Ian McKellen), and Cyclops (James Marsden).

The rest of the cast from Fantastic Four: First Steps – Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm, Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards, and Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm – are also starring in Avengers: Doomsday. The cast will include Robert Downey Jr., Sebastian Stan, Florence Pugh, Tom Hiddleston, Paul Rudd, Anthony Mackie, Rebecca Romijn, Simu Liu, and several others. It will be directed by Anthony and Joe Russo.
Avengers: Doomsday will be released in theaters on December 18, 2026, and the sequel, Avengers: Secret Wars, is scheduled to arrive on December 17, 2027.
