Tripwire magazine is showcasing comic strips that have run in the print magazine strip section in Stripwire Presents. The 100-page book is Tripwire’s first ever comics anthology, and is seeking backers on Kickstarter.

“The line-up reads like a veritable who’s who of UK, US, and Irish indie comic creators,” Tripwire Editor in Chief Joel Meadows said.

Those creators include Brent Anderson, Jasper Bark, Andy Bennett, Kody Chamberlain, John Charles, Joshua Hale Fialkov, Marty Grosser, Frazer Irving, Roger Langridge, Joel Meadows, Andy Meanock, Rob Moran, David Morris, Paul N Neal, Tom Newell, Ian D Peterson, Matthew Plog, Paul Rafferty, Declan Shalvey, Mike Walters, and Lyndon Webb. The cover is provided by Frazer Irving.

The book features comics trips that have run in the magazine since 2007, as well as some strips that haven’t run before. It will contain a full color Sherlock Holmes and The Empire Builders short that has only been seen in the UK’s Shift magazine, work from David Morris that is debuting in the book, and short interviews focused on the creators’ approach to their strips.

Stripwire Presents marks Tripwire’s 13th Kickstarter project and follows the recent campaign for Into White: The Art of George Pratt.

Pledge levels start at £15 (about $21) for a digital edition, £20 (about $28) for the paperback, and £25 (about $34) for the hardcover. They are offering a retailer bundle of three paperbacks for £45 (about $61) and a signed hardcover is £50 (about $68). That edition comes with the signatures of Declan Shalvey, Frazer Irving, Roger Langridge, Andy Bennett, Brent Anderson, Kody Chamberlain, and others.

The Stripwire Presents campaign runs until March 3, 2026.
