In seeing a droid factory in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones, C-3PO exclaims, “Oh my goodness, shut me down! Machines making machines. How perverse.” 

“Lost a planet, Master Obi-Wan has! How embarrassing! How embarrassing!” Yoda remarks in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones, after Obi-Wan is unable to find the planet Kamino, only to discover that it has been erased from the map.
