Martin Grams Jr. will be releasing a book featuring The Twilight Zone comic books on September 20, 2008. The book highlights a complete table of contents and cover art for all of the classic comics based on the original series. The book will also include a promotional giveaway in the form of an early 1970s comic.

The seminal anthology series was focused on run of the mill people living mundane lives. They found themselves in bizarre, often supernatural, situations therefore entering the “Twilight Zone.” Documenting the entire history of the original television series, which began in 1959, the list of comics is just a minute part of the 812 page book. Included is a detailed episode guide that has been reviewed as “the final word” on The Twilight Zone.

“I have at least a dozen books on the series and my initial thought was, ‘My God, do we really need another book?’ The answer is yes. So good is this tome that I doubt it will ever be surpassed. After careful scrutiny, I decided to dispose of three books on my shelf because Grams’ has given us the only book we will ever need or want. The only complaint is that the word ‘definitive’ is not on the cover,” said Terry Salomonson of Audio Classics.

The Twilight Zone: Unlocking the Door to A Television Classic will available from Bear Manor Media and Amazon.
