Starting with issue #12, The Phantom, from Moonstone Books, takes a
new direction as an entirely new creative team takes over and delves into the
heart of the hunter and the hunted.

In issue #12, the first of a two-part
story arc entitled “Tiger’s Blood,” poachers have come to Bangalla to hunt the
cats of the jungle and harvest their organs. But soon, the hunters become the
hunted as The Phantom takes to the trees to put a stop to the poaching. The
Phantom must discover just who these poachers are and exactly what they want
with the organs

Headed up by new series writer, Mike Bullock (Lions,
Tigers and Bears)
, and wrapped in a cover by Joe Prado (The Rann-Thanagar
War
), The Phantom #12 will also feature a new ongoing monthly column
on the history of the character written by Ed Rhoades called “Behind the
Mask.”
