The Odd Adventures of Jughead
The crown-wearing, hamburger-munching goofball always has something interesting going on. In Jughead #186, the course of three stories proves just that.
In “The Big Sleep,” the Riverdale shuffleboard team can’t wake Jughead, their best player, and fear they’ll lose the annual ice shuffleboard championship as a result. Then Jughead decides to beat the crowd to the beach by going in the dead of winter in “To Beach His Own.” Last, in “Chilly Reception,” he untangles a girl from Hot Dog’s chain and takes her to Pop’s, leading everyone to wonder if this could be the girl for him.
The text was written by Craig Boldman and the art was done by Rex Lindsey. It will be shipped December 5, 2007, on sale at comic book stores December 12, 2007 and at newsstands December 26, 2007. Right in time for the holidays!
