Dean Haspiel has had our attention for a long time. The ACT-I-VATE Primer is an all-new hardcover anthology featuring sixteen stories and eighteen creators from the ACT-I-VATE.com webcomix collective. Their work comes with an introduction by Warren Ellis and arrives in a variety of genres, tones and styles.

It’s an eclectic anthology with stories that range from all-ages matter to those definitely intended for adults, but the pieces have in common an attitude that suggests that this won’t be the last book we see in print from the ACT-I-VATE group.
