DC has dropped a new teaser for Peacemaker season two that shows the 11th Street Kids back together and ready to save the day – even if their efforts go unappreciated.

The 30-second teaser opens with Leota Adebayo (Danielle Brooks), Vigilante (Freddie Stroma), Emilia Harcourt (Jennifer Holland), and John Economos (Steve Agee) venting their frustration that they are still not treated like heroes, despite having saved the world. Peacemaker (John Cena) gives a rousing speech to the team while action shots show them fighting, crashing through windows, and being nearly blown up.

The teaser also features Rick Flag Sr. (Frank Grillo), whose son was killed by Peacemaker in The Suicide Squad movie. Rick Flag Sr. is a dangerous new foe armed with a vendetta who is ready to hunt Peacemaker down and anyone who gets in his way.

Also returning for season two is Nhut Le as Judomaster and Robert Patrick as Peacemaker’s dad/the White Dragon. New cast members include Sol Rodríguez as Sasha Bordeaux, Brey Noelle as Batman villain White Rabbit, and Tim Meadows as ARGUS agent Langston Fleury.

The full-length trailer debuts on Friday, May 9. Peacemaker season two will premier on Max on August 21.
