Superman Experience at Warner Bros. Studios
Fans of the Man of Steel can immerse themselves in the hero’s world at the Superman Experience: Defenders Unite. Described by DC as a “walkthrough experience and live gameplay attraction” it will launch on Superman Day, April 18, 2026, inside Stage 5 at the Warner Bros. Studios lot in Burbank, California. The experience is a collaboration between Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences and DC Studios.
“Presented by Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood, Superman Experience offers guests the ability to unlock and hone their superpowers, work as a team, and enjoy the illusion of flying alongside Superman through next-generation motion capture technology, active 3D glasses, and high-definition audio,” according to DC.

An original storyline was created exclusively for the attraction, which was inspired by the 2025 Superman movie starring David Corenswet and directed by James Gunn. Guests will enter the Fortress of Solitude where Superman recruits them, and they receive Kryptonian powers for their adventure. Guests will fly with Superman via immersive technology and train at the Kent Farm with Krypto the Superdog. Then guests will use their new superpowers to join Superman to save the Earth from Darkseid.
The Fortress of Solitude is the experience’s central location with mini games and props. There’s a life-sized audio animatronic Kryptonian Gary Robot #4, a game of catch with Krypto at the Doghouse of Solitude, a two-player puzzle game to activate the Phantom Zone Projector, and the Chaos Crystal is the activation point to enter the Fortress of Solitude.
To give the Superman Experience a little friendly competition, players’ scores will be logged and displayed as they train and fight Darkseid. There’s a Fortress of Solitude lounge with beverages and themed snacks, and a Daily Planet themed retail store with exclusive merchandise. Guests can purchase the exclusive comic book, Superman: Defenders Unite written by Josh Trujillo with a cover by Bernard Chang.
“Superman Experience offers guests a unique experience to step into the world of DC’s storytelling in an incredibly fun and immersive way,” said Danny Kahn, Vice President and General Manager of Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood. “This new attraction unites Global Experiences, Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood, and DC Studios, so fans can create memories while celebrating the world’s greatest superhero.”
The Superman Experience is a separate ticketed event from the Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood that can be purchased as an add-on to the Studio Tour.
