Valve has announced their first-ever “Steam Anime Sale,” which will be available to Steam users and allows them to get up to 75% off Japanese-centric titles. Amongst titles included in the sale are the fighting game BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend, the roleplaying game series Ys, and the quirky visual novel and dating sim, Hatoful Boyfriend. The sale runs through January 12.

Steam is an internet-based digital distribution service that allows users to download an immense variety of videogames straight to their personal computer. It also acts as a social networking platform for users and features a strong community with messaging services. Steam has more than 100 million active users with nearly 4,000 games available to them.
