Star Trek: Discovery has released a new trailer for season three, a month ahead of the new season’s debut on CBS All Access. With plenty of action, heroics, and heart, the trailer shows how the Discovery crew are adjusting to their life after they traveled 930 years into the future.

“After making the jump in the second season finale, season three of Star Trek: Discovery finds the USS Discovery crew dropping out of the wormhole and into an unknown future far from the home they once knew,” the show’s synopsis reads. “Now living in a time filled with uncertainty, the USS Discovery crew, along with the help of some new friends, must together fight to regain a hopeful future.”

A new poster for season three was also released with the trailer, unveiling the redesigned logo.

The first and second seasons are now available on CBS All Access. Season three premieres on October 15, 2020.
