When it comes to New York Comic Con 2018 specials, the team at Spiderweb Art Gallery has got you covered. This year they are offering specials from a number of the artists that they represent.

First up Holly Golightly, the newest member of the SWA family, is kicking off NYCC with a bang. Golightly is offering any character from Disney, Star Wars, or Harry Potter drawn by her at 11” x 17” as a NYCC preorder special. Golightly will only do four of these pieces at the special price of $250, normally $300, and two of them have already sold. During checkout, customers are asked to leave the name of the character they have chosen in the comment box. At the show, attendees can meet Golightly at the Spiderweb Art Gallery booth 1764 on Saturday from 2 PM to 4 PM.

Next up is Mark Romanoski. The artist is best known for his parody pieces of famous Rockwell works, in which he takes famous Rockwell images and incorporates characters from modern pop culture and comics. For NYCC he has made available four of his final pencil layouts for his Rockwellian paintings. Each piece measures 15” x 20” on tonal paper and is a beautiful representation of what his final painting will look like. Each of these sketches would normally go for over $500, but for this NYCC special they will only be $350. Romanoski will also be at the booth on Sunday from 12 PM to 2 PM.

Nelson DeCastro is also making an appearance at the booth and will be supplying some awesome comic sketch covers as his NYCC special. DeCastro is mostly known for his meticulous cover paintings, Fleer’s Marvel Masterpieces 95 set, and lengthy runs on such books as The Inhumans, Marvel Knights, Superman, and Action Comics. He is creating 10 different sketch covers for the show, including Deadpool, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Hunt for Wolverine, The Immortal Hulk, and Doctor Strange. Normally his sketch covers sell for $300 a piece, but for this special he is only charging $200. DeCastro will be on hand at the booth autographing on Saturday from 12 PM to 2 PM.

Finally, Spiderweb Art Gallery is the exclusive U.S. representative for the art of Daniele Serra. Serra is a comic artist and illustrator who lives on the beautiful island of Sardinia in Italy, where he was born and raised. Serras unique style has been well received, and his work has been published in Europe, Australia, United States, and Japan. While Serra is unable to attend NYCC this year, a number of his select pieces are being offered at their lowest prices ever on the gallery.

All of the NYCC Specials are available for order now on spiderwebart.com and can either be picked up at the show or shipped directly.
