Silverline comic book and graphic novel publisher has entered into a distribution agreement with PhilBo Distribution. They publish several titles a year through the direct market and via crowdfunding.

Silverline was founded by former Malibu and Marvel editor Roland Mann. “The great thing about running an independent comic book company is that I don’t have to pitch,” Mann said. “I can make my own comics and publish comics with my friends.”

The publisher currently has two titles in PhilBo’s catalog. One is Kayless, a science fiction/action series written by Brent Larson and illustrated by Luis Czerniawski and Leandro Huergo. The other is The Mantus Files, a black and white miniseries collection by horror novelist Sidney Williams. Both issues will ship in March 2026.

“Our books are already completed before we solicit anything to comic shops,” Mann said. “That’s how we can guarantee on-time delivery to the stores.”
