September 22: Comic Art Con
The next edition of Comic Art Con will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2013 from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, at the Clarion Hotel Empire Meadowlands Hotel, 2 Harmon Plaza, Secaucus, New Jersey. Admission is $10 and parking is free.
Now in its fifth year, Comic Art Con is dedicated solely to original comic art.
“Even if you have never purchased a page of original art before, come spend the afternoon gazing at enough art to fill a museum,” said show promoter Dan Gallo.
“If you are a collector you should consider bringing some art with you. Transactions happen not only with the vendors but between fellow attendees as well. You never know what someone might have,” said show promoter Joe Veteri.
In addition to the comic art dealers, Comic Art Con has one or two artist guests per show. If you are an artist with a Marvel or DC caliber pedigree (or if you know one or represent one) and are interested in appearing, slots are being filled for both this and future shows.
