eMoviePoster is selling 163 vintage scripts, 215 negatives, 115 transparencies, and 30 sets of 35mm slides in their Sunday auction that ends June 11, 2023. This auction contains some of the rarest items that they have offered, according to eMoviePoster.

All of the scripts come from former cast and crew members, and a high percentage of the negatives are camera originals, meaning they are the actual negative that was in the camera when the photographer took that image. All of the negatives, transparencies, and slides that are not camera originals were created by the studios, right before the movie or TV show was released, and are referred to as “studio issued.”

Scripts include Barefoot Contessa hardcover, Sherlock Holmes in Washington revised final draft, Midnight Run hardcover revised draft, Harder They Fall hardcover revised final draft, West Side Story stage play, Planet of the Apes revised shooting script, Woman in Green, Return of the Jedi revised second draft, Pear of Death revised draft, Dressed to Kill first revised draft, Bringing Up Baby revised final draft, Hook first revised draft, I Married a Monster From Outer Space revised final draft, Inside Straight hardcover signed revised draft, Bride Goes Wild hardcover signed revised draft, Beau Geste, Abbott & Costello Show radio, Sorcerer, Hudsucker Proxy revised draft, Southern Yankee hardcover signed revised draft, Funhouse, Left Hand of God hardcover revised final draft, Charlie Chan at the Opera revised final shooting draft, Farewell to Arms, and Love Me Or Leave Me.              

Camera original negative highlights are House of Dracula, Jayne Mansfield, Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man, Judy Garland/Groucho Marx, House of Dracula, House of Dracula, Sharon Tate/Roman Polanski set of 8, Blood & Sand, Revenge of the Creature, The Beatles set of 4, and The Birds.

The auction also contains a Superman II group of 112 slides and The Shining group of 37 slides.

eMoviePoster has already received over 1,000 consignments to their August Major Auction which starts on August 13, and a preview of some of those items is already available at the link above.
