Propstore is set to host their first Entertainment Memorabilia Live Auction of the year featuring items from Jaws, Star Wars, Cast Away, The Wizard of Oz, Harry Potter, The Simpsons, and beyond. Over 1,550 lots of film and television props, costumes, production materials, and more will cross the auction block on March 25-27, 2026, in Los Angeles.

The auction is headlined by two important pieces from Steven Spielberg’s Jaws. One is the screen-matched harpoon gun that was used by Quint (Robert Shaw) and Matt Hooper (Richard Dreyfus), and is accompanied by the original case from the Orca. The second is Quint’s screen-matched Fenwick fishing rod with production used reel that was seen during an early encounter with the shark and handled by Quint, Hooper, and Chief Brody (Roy Scheider).

There are notable pieces from Star Wars, led by a light-up C-3PO head from The Empire Strikes Back. This is the only known example of Threepio’s head from the second film to be offered on the collecting market. Another important piece is the hero lightsaber hilt used by Rey (Daisy Ridley) and Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) in The Force Awakens. Rey uses it during the confrontation with Kylo Ren and later returns it to Luke on Ahch-To.

Two items from Ridley Scott’s Gladiator are offered, starting with Maximus’ (Russell Crowe) arena helmet and mask. These pieces come from the personal collection of Australian rugby union player David Campese and were gifted to him by Crowe. The helmet of Tigris of Gaul (Sven-Ole Thorsen) originates from designer and illustrator Sylvain Despretz.

Highlights continue with The People that Time Forgot framed hand-painted Frank Frazetta “Captive Princess” 1973 paperback cover, Chuck Noland’s (Tom Hanks) screen-matched Wilson volleyball from Cast Away, and Captain Jack Sparrow’s (Johnny Depp) screen- and photo-matched flintlock pistol from Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End and On Stranger Tides.

A Black Panther stunt helmet on Chadwick Boseman bust from Black Panther, golden ticket from Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, T-800’s (Arnold Schwarzenegger) screen- and photo-matched jacket from The Terminator, Batman’s (Christian Bale) cowl from Batman Begins, and shards of Narsil from The Lord of the Rings Trilogy are offered.

Additional featured pieces are Roy Hobbs’ (Robert Redford) “Wonderboy” baseball bat from The Natural, Pete “Maverick” Mitchell’s (Tom Cruise) screen-matched F-14A Tomcat filming model miniature from Top Gun, the Marauder’s Map from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, and the Cowardly Lion’s (Bert Lahr) medal of courage prototype from The Wizard of Oz.

The last day of the auction showcases over 200 lots of animation pieces, original cels, and other items focused on animation in film and television.

“This auction brings together some of the most significant artifacts in cinema history, spanning landmark films, iconic characters, and extraordinary moments of filmmaking,” Propstore COO Brandon Alinger said. “The inclusion of the Jaws harpoon gun and fishing rod is particularly special, as pieces from this film almost never surface at this level. At Propstore, we see ourselves as caretakers of film history, and it’s always rewarding to help place these remarkable items into new collections where they can be preserved and appreciated for generations to come.”

Day 1 on March 25 begins at 9:30 AM PT/12:30 PM ET with public in-room bidding at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles, as well as online, absentee, and telephone. Days 2-3 on March 26-27 starts at 9 AM PT/12 PM ET and will be conducted online, absentee, and by telephone.

A public exhibition will be held at the Maybourne Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on March 11. Collectors can reserve a spot to view the items via Eventbrite.com.
