The Philly Comics & Cosplay Day has been announced for March 19, 2016. It will be held at the Trinity Center for Urban Life, S 22nd Street and Spruce Street, Philadelphia, PA. This is the first of what is planned to be an annual event.

The con is currently seeking vendors. The booths are just $50 for one table, which includes two chairs, then it’s only $45 for each additional table. The booth price includes admission to the event for vendors and one guest. The vendors will also be promoted on con’s website, phillyccday.com, along with their social media pages. Booths can be reserved on the website by clicking on the “vendors” link and filling out the application.

Businesses who cannot attend the show but would like to advertise can become event sponsors. Philly Comics & Cosplay Day will advertise the business on their website in exchange for distributing show flyers at the sponsor’s location and/or on their social media pages, as well as three donations to the event. The collectibles should be worth at least $100, collectively, and will be raffled or given in exclusive gift bundles at the convention.

They are also seeking volunteers to help at the convention. Volunteers will receive free admission, full volunteer credit, and a certificate. The con will also help promote your business, if you are volunteering with a business affiliate.

They are accepting panel and live podcast submission ideas as well. Those interested can do so by clicking on the panel link on the website.
