Pedigree’s CGC 9.6/9.8 Spider-Man Auction Ends November 10
Pedigree Comics’ November CGC 9.6/9.8 West Coast Amazing Spider-Man Auction began on Monday, November 1, 2021, and lasts for nine days until Wednesday, November 10 as a separate event on the Pedigree Comics website. The first lot (Amazing Spider-Man #1 4.5) ends at 9:15 PM ET on Wednesday, November 10 and the last lot (X-Men #137 9.6) ends at 11:30.
There is no buyer’s premium on any of the lots in the auction and every listing will have no reserve. Every book is CGC-graded with a handful of CBCS-graded and the minimum bid is $100 for this auction. Over 225 books can now be viewed on Pedigree’s website by clicking on the auction banner.
The owner of the West Coast Spider-Man Collection only bought high grade Amazing Spider-Man issues (up to #150) plus a few key Copper Age issues. He also bought any Silver Age comic he could find in high grade in which Spider-Man makes a cover appearance.
The collection contains over 140 issues, between #6-150, plus #194, #238, #252, #300, and #361, and Annuals #2, #3, and #5. There are also 15 key issues from other titles in which Spider-Man makes an appearance. There are a few pedigree copies in the run, including Boston, Northland, Oakland, Suscha News, and Twin Cities.
