The feedback has continued to come into Gemstone Publishing about
Overstreet’s Comic Price Review, the recently announced monthly
newsletter concentrating on pricing information about high grade comics and
other significant comic character collectibles.

“It’s really gratifying
to read the e-mails and get the phone calls about this,” said Robert M.
Overstreet, Gemstone’s price guide publisher.

“As we’ve mentioned in our
other updates, we’re eager to get as much feedback as possible,” said Tom
Gordon, managing editor. “We’re hungry for data and excited about getting more
people involved in the process. We’ll be working closely with our advisors to
create a publication that is as responsive as it can be to the needs of
collectors and dealers.”

“The new Overstreet’s Comic Price Review
is a very timely occurrence. Our industry has needed a quality publication
solely devoted to giving collectors and investors accurate and regular
information regarding sales of higher-end comics so they can make better
purchasing decisions. I foresee this being the first trade-related publication I
read every month!” said retailer Chris Foss, President of Heroes &
Dragons.

“Always looking for ways to heighten awareness and generate
dialogue about our hobby/business, Gemstone Publishing has done it again! Their
new endeavor should accomplish just that. We wish them well in this new
undertaking,” said Nadia Mannarino of All-Star Auctions.

“Considering the
rapid fluctuations of values these days, this price review will certainly aid
collectors in making sound decisions, which will in turn create a much stronger,
healthier market,” said restoration expert Matt Nelson of Classic
Conservations.

“A good idea to help the public with pricing,” echoed
dealer Harley Yee.

“The comic book industry has experienced some major
changes in the last few years. I am glad that Overstreet’s Comic Price
Review
is now in place to monthly report, define and measure those changes
in a meaningful and insightful way,” said Dave Anderson, Want List
Comics.

“I am excited about this publication. It will help propel the
hobby to new heights. This has been what the hobby has needed and will be an
advantage to all,” said John Petty of Heritage Comics.

“We’re open to
suggestions of what our readers would like to see,” said Overstreet. “Anyone can
drop Tom an e-mail at gtom@gemstonepub.com with their
suggestions.”

Overstreet’s Comic Price Review will be
published monthly by Gemstone Publishing. The announcement of this 32-page
newsletter was covered on Yahoo Finance (http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/030321/215106_1.html),
CBS MarketWatch, PR Web and elsewhere outside the industry, as
well as by the comics media. For advertising rate information, contact J.C.
