After a rough couple of years – to put it mildly – The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide #56 will mark the Guide’s return to a summer release with a scheduled Wednesday, July 21, 2027, on-sale date.

“The Overstreet Advisors overwhelmingly wanted a return to our July release schedule, so that was an easy decision for us to make,” said Amanda Sheriff, Editor – Digital for Gemstone Publishing. “It was an even easier decision to bring back our Early Bird advertising rates.”

The 10% Early Bird discount may be combined with the 10% multiple page discount (three or more pages of the same size and type) to get a 20% discount in total.

“We’ll begin announcing some of our new covers next week,” Sheriff said. “In the meantime, we want to get the word out about the schedule and the Early Bird rates.”

Early Bird Deadlines

The Early Bird ad rates begin on Friday, October 30 and end on Friday, December 4, 2026 at 4:00 PM ET.

After that date and time, our Standard Rates will be in effect. To receive the Early Bird discount, ads must be paid in full by the deadline.

For payment, we take checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal. Please note: While we have not increased the page rates at all (despite a significant increase in expenses), there will be a 3.5% surcharge on credit card payments and a 5% surcharge on PayPal.

Ad files must be received by Monday, February 1, 2027.
