Overstreet Access Adds Pricing Above 9.2, More!
While so many folks have been snowed or frozen in this past week, we’ve launched a whole slate of new features on Overstreet Access that we think you’re going to love! If you’re a Scoop reader and have yet to try Overstreet Access, now would be a great time to change that situation. Broadly speaking, these upgrades fall in five categories.
Pricing Above 9.2
One of our most requested features is here! We’ve added pricing above 9.2 for comics from 1971 to the present (pricing above 9.2 for pre-1971 issues will take a bit longer, but it’s coming).
“The reactions from users so far have been fantastic,” said Shawn Sippel, the architect of Overstreet Access. “We’re really looking forward to more people seeing this.”
New Certification Settings
Users can select not only the certification company, but also the certification type (example: Signature Series label). You’ll also be able to edit your previously marked comics as well.
Improved Search Function
Our search results are now much more accurate. What’s more, the New Date Range filter has been added to Title Search to allow users to filter by decade.
“The results of this upgrade are incredible. We were a bit frustrated with the previous search, and this has really cleared things up nicely. The feedback has been great,” Sippel said.
Default Collection and Box Settings
In collection management functions, users can now also set default collection and box settings from every screen that allows issues to be added. Entering or updating your collection is now faster and more efficient than ever!
New Collection Beta User Interface
Accessible from the Beta UI button on the collection page, this Beta provides a way to view and manage your entire collection, by publisher, or volume search. It offers multiple new views (default, cover views, list view), as well as bulk tools for editing, moving, and deleting issues!
“We’re looking for feedback on this, so don’t hesitate to reach out,” Sippel said. “As always, users can send their ideas and feedback through the feedback button or via support@overstreetaccess.com. In the coming weeks and months, we will have more updates, and you can expect a few deeper dives here in Scoop on these new features.”
