ComicConnect’s May Event Auction is currently open for bids, featuring dozens of new pieces of original art that have been added in the last two weeks. Included in the new additions is the cover to Batman #184 by Carmine Infantino.

“The opportunity to offer a piece of this quality can’t be overstated” ComicConnect COO Vincent Zurzolo said. “It’s just a fabulous ’60s Batman image by Infantino, with a fascinating backstory and I couldn’t be happier to represent it.”

More additions include King Kobra presentation drawing by Jack Kirby, Kamandi #33 page 5 by Jack Kirby, Silke #3 cover by Tony Daniel, American Gods #9 cover by Glenn Fabry, The Shadow #18 variant cover by Tim Bradstreet, Marvel Zombies 2 #1 page 1 by Sean Phillips, Bill Ward Humorama illustration, Love and Romance #23 cover by Jack Abel, Captain America #126 page 16 by Gene Colan, Vampirella illustration by Greg Hildebrandt, and Superman/Batman Annual #1 page 24 by Sean Murphy.

“We knuckle down to procure the best possible consignments for our auctions, and we knocked it out of the park. Best of luck,” Zurzolo said.

Every original art lot can be viewed on ComicConnect’s website.

“ComicConnect wants your consignments for the next Event Auction and is able to offer generous cash advances up to $5 million for top notch comics and collections,” Rob Reynolds, Director of Consignments, said.

He can be reached toll free at (888) 779-7377 and by email at support@comicconnect.com. Auction slots are first come, first served.
