Millarworld’s Prodigy Library Edition Set for Early 2026
Prodigy, Mark Millar’s action-filled comic about the smartest man alive, is being collected in oversized hardcover format. The Prodigy Library Edition from Dark Horse will be in stores in January 2026.
“Imagine you are brilliant at everything. You’re the world’s fastest man, most groundbreaking entrepreneur, a prolific writer, adventurer, master of martial arts, and expert on the occult. There is literally nothing you cannot do, and you only need to spend ten minutes every day running your multi-billion-dollar business empire. So, how do you spend your free time? Doctor Edison Crane is the man presidents and prime ministers call when there’s a problem they can’t handle. His adventures here cover everything from the terrifying real reason the Hadron Collider was built, to the lost city of Shangri-La in the Himalayas, to the alien slave colonies on Mars that were part of the American secret space program,” per the description.
The collection includes Vol. 1: The Evil Earth, Vol. 2: The Icarus Society, and Vol. 3: Slaves of Mars. Written by Millar, Prodigy is illustrated by Rafael Albuquerque (Superman Unlimited), Matteo Buffagni (The Magic Order V), and Stefano Landini (Hellblazer). It features coloring by Marcelo Maiolo (Nocterra), Laura Martin (Amazing Spider-Man), David Curiel (The Magic Order), and Michele Assarasakorn (The Hunger and the Dusk). Letterers on the title included Peter Doherty (Shaolin Cowboy) and Clem Robins (Shadow of the Golden Crane).
Prodigy Library Edition is filled with 480 pages of content and comes with a cover created by Ozgur Yildirm. It will arrive in comic shops on January 6, 2026.
