It’s all hands on deck when a threat to the galaxy puts every life at risk in Marvel Cosmic Invasion. The beat’em up arcade style game from Dotemu and Tribute Games, in collaboration with Marvel Games, will be out on December 1, 2025. Marvel is celebrating the launch with 12 Marvel Cosmic Invasion variant covers.

In Marvel Cosmic Invasion, players can choose from 15 playable heroes like Spider-Man, Wolverine, Iron Man, Nova, and even Venom. When a serious attack puts all life in danger, Marvel’s heroes gather to fight the Annihilation Wave in battles that take them to New York City, the Negative Zone, and into the stars.

“The variant covers will spotlight the official in-game designs for this captivating roster of characters, each reflecting the game’s retro art style, a tribute to one of Marvel’s most iconic storytelling eras,” per the press release.

The Marvel Cosmic Invasion variant covers will be released in January and February 2026.

First up are Nova: Centurion #3, Venom #253, and Wolverine #14 on January 7, Amazing Spider-Man: Torn #4 will be out on January 14, Captain America #7 on January 21, and Iron Man #1 on January 28.

Storm: Earth’s Mightiest Mutant #1 is out on February 4, Planet She-Hulk #4 and X-Men #25 on February 11, Fantastic Four #8 on February 18, and Black Panther: Intergalactic #3 and Thor #7 on February 25.
