That issue is none other than the Mexican Edition of the Marvel cornerstone, Fantastic Four #1. It is CGC-certified 8.0 and is the highest-graded example of this impossible to find book.

Headlining the auction is the Action Comics #1 CGC 4.5 EP. Other beauties include Amazing Fantasy #15 CGC 7.0 (first Spider-Man), Batman #1 CGC 3.5 (first Joker and Catwoman) and Tales of Suspense #39 CGC 9.2 (first Iron Man).

The auction also contains numerous pedigrees and highest graded copies, and over 40 pieces of original comic artwork and comic memorabilia.
