The long-awaited Image Comics Hardcover, originally intended to
celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the once-upstart publisher, will finally
ship to comic shops this November. The anthology contains four all-new stories
by the four remaining Image founders, Erik Larsen (Savage Dragon), Todd
McFarlane (Spawn), Marc Silvestri (Cyberforce), and Jim Valentino
(Shadowhawk).

Scheduled three and a half years ago to commemorate
the cadre of best-selling artists who departed Marvel Comics to form there own
company, the project was left partially completed until now. While the other
Image founders have continued to work on new comics projects, McFarlane’s
attentions have largely been focused on his massive toy business. This story
represents his first comic book work since Spawn #50.

The Image
Comics Hardcover will retail for $24.99, and there will also be a signed,
numbered and limited edition for $75.00.
