MegaCon in Orlando, Florida is only one week away and the Hero Initiative has fun planned for the whole family. Back by popular demand is the best family event at the convention; Hero is hosting the second annual MegaCon Bowl-A-Thon.

The bowling event will take place next Friday night, March 7, 2008 at the Colonial Lanes. Tickets are $35 each for adults and can be purchased on eBay and include three games of bowling, shoe rental, pizza buffet, soda, Marvel Then & Now DVD, transportation to the bowling alley, and the opportunity to bowl with your favorites in comic books, such as Dave Johnson and Chris Moreno. Children’s tickets can be purchased for $20 when you take your adult ticket and eBay receipt to the Hero Initiative booth at MegaCon.

Prizes will be given to the best of the bowlers. Grand prizes include a piece of original art by Amanda Conner for the men’s 18 and older division, a piece of original art by Joseph Michael Linsner for the women’s 18 and older division, and an original art piece by Stan Sakai for the under 18 division.
