The first issue of Phantom Lady, a character-packed Avengers page, a Weapon X key, and Doctor Fate page are offered in Heritage’s weekly comic and original art auctions. The Comic Books Select Auction closes on Sunday through Tuesday, November 8-10, 2026, and the Comic Art & Illustration Select Auction ends on November 11.

A Golden Age key joins several Modern Age keys in the comic book auction. Phantom Lady #13 CGC 7.0 is the first issue of the title (taking over the numbering from Wotalife Comics #12) and features a powerful cover of the titular hero. Youngblood #1 CGC 9.8 is the first issue of the relaunch with a great cover, art, and story by Rob Liefeld.

Marvel Comics Presents #72 CGC 9.8 tells Wolverine’s Weapon X origin with story, cover, and art by Barry Windsor-Smith. Absolute Batman #17 CGC 9.8 has a limited Puppeteer Lee variant cover with the title’s first appearance of Poison Ivy.

The original art auction includes an Avengers meeting, a look at war from an anti-war columnist, a Spider-Man half-splash, and a Doctor Fate page. Al Milgrom and Joe Sinnott’s The Avengers #232 story page 5 shows a team meeting with Wasp, Hawkeye, Captain America, Thor, Captain Marvel, and Starfox. On Dick Ayers and Vince Colletta’s Sgt. Fury #110 story page 11, the Howling Commandoes take an anti-war columnist on a mission.

Koi Turnbull, Erik Larsen, and Al Milgrom’s Nova #5 story page 11 features a half-splash of Spider-Man swooping across the page while on patrol. Todd McFarlane and Tony DeZuñiga’s Infinity, Inc. #30 story page 2 depicts Doctor Fate and his sweeping cape, along with Star-Spangled Kid and Power Girl.
