The Comic Books Auction ends on Sunday through Tuesday, May 24-26, 2026, the Video Games Mini-Boss Auction wraps up on Tuesday, May 26, and the Comic Art & Animation Auction closes on Wednesday, May 27.

The comics auction presents Absolute Batman #17 CGC 9.8 Jae Lee variant (1:1,000) from the currently popular title and the issue that introduces this universe’s version of Poison Ivy. The Incredible Hulk #449 CGC 9.8 provides the first appearance of the Thunderbolts team. Both of these high grade issues are CGC census toppers.

Heritage’s original art auction features Ben Bishop’s Mighty Morphin Power Rangers/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #1 variant cover pencil art of the two teams joining forces to defeat Shredder. John Buscema’s Marvel Comics Presents #40 story page 8 comes from the “Wolverine as Patch” tale, showing the hero casually dressed and wearing an eyepatch.

In the video game auction, Heritage is selling early developmental copies of two popular games. Klax CGC Certified prototype cartridge for NES is a one of a kind piece created during the production phase of the NES port for internal testing and review. The Double Dragon prototype cartridge for Game Boy features a visible EPROM chip that is hand-labeled with identifying letters and numbers that denotes a development or testing build used during production.
