Hakes Americana & Collectibles’ weekly eBay auctions are filled with interesting and diverse items, and this week is no different.

Leading off our spotlight this time is the signed, limited edition, hardcover version of Bob Kane’s Batman & Me. Published by Eclipse in 1989, this memoir of Batman’s creator is #339 of 1,000, slipcased, and has never been removed from its plastic wrapping.

Offered this year as a show exclusive at Comic-Con International: San Diego was the “cloaked Klingon Bird of Prey” from Star Trek: The Next Generation. Made by Art Asylum and Diamond Select Toys, this 2013 model spaceship was limited to a run of only 200. This particular Bird of Prey has never been removed form its box.

Our final spotlight item this week teams up two long-lived toy lines in one, Colorforms, and G.I. Joe. Made in 1984 by Hasbro and Colorforms, the G.I. Joe Colorforms playset features all the major G. I. Joe characters as plastic colorforms pieces which will stick “like magic” to the included board. This package is still sealed and has never been played with.
