On Thursday, March 10, 2022, Geppi Family Enterprises Chairman Steve Geppi spoke to Vic Carter on the CBS Baltimore news program WJZ at 9. The interview was conducted in the Geppi Gems exhibit at the Library of Congress (LOC) and at the Diamond International Galleries warehouse.

At the LOC, Geppi talked about the exhibit, which features items that he donated to the LOC in May 2018. Covering nearly every aspect of pop culture, the exhibit showcases early newspapers, Disney, Westerns, superheroes, science fiction, horror, sports, and more.

Geppi talked about his childhood, overcoming economic hardships, and becoming a fan of comics. He recounted how he started buying and selling comics, and the way that grew into Geppi Family Enterprises.

During their visits, Geppi showed Carter some of the collectibles, including those tucked away at the Diamond warehouse and high value pieces at the LOC.
