This method includes the callback feature, in which someone from Hake’s will call you if someone has raised the bid above yours. The third method is online where you can place bids, watch items, and maintain your account at hakes.com. Hake’s also makes bidding easier by leaving the window of opportunity open for you, so that if your bid is surpassed close to the time the item is closing, it will stay open longer, giving you a chance to counter the bid.
