Awesome Con is coming up soon on March 13-15, 2026, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, located at 801 Mt Vernon Place NW, Washington, DC.
Comic guests include Ben Templesmith (30 Days of Night), Chris Bachalo (Sandman), David Mack (Daredevil), Kelly Yates (Doctor Who), Kevin Maguire (Justice League International), Mitch Gerads (Mister Miracle), Rico Renzi (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse), Sarah Myer (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), Tom King (Batman), and others.
They will host a Firefly reunion with Nathan Fillion, Alan Tudyk, Gina Torres, Jewel Staite, Morena Baccarin, Sean Maher, and Summer Glau.
Celebrity guests also include Carla Gugino and Henry Thomas (The Fall of the House of Usher), Sylvester McCoy, Carole Ann Forde, and Frazer Hines (Doctor Who), George Takei (Star Trek), Gillian Anderson (The X-Files), Jamie Campbell Bower (Stranger Things), Misha Collins (Supernatural), Paul Giamatti (Star Trek: Starfleet Academy), and Ron Perlman (Sons of Anarchy).
Awesome Con will host afterparties, an anime area, Awesome Con Jr. for kids, book fair, pride alley, science fair, a short film festival, and more.
The convention will be open on Friday from 1 PM to 8 PM, Saturday at 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday at 10 AM to 5 PM.
The three-day weekend pass is $120, Friday is $60, Saturday is $70, Sunday is $65, and the kids’ weekend pass is $18. There are also VIP packages for the con.
