Heritage’s weekly auctions are highlighted by an Emma Frost key X-Men issue, a sketch by Jean “Moebius” Giraud, and a Spider-Man Game Boy prototype. The Comic Books Select Auction closes on Sunday through Tuesday, April 5-7, 2026, the Video Games Mini-Boss Auction ends on Tuesday, April 7, and the Comic Art & Animation Auction wraps up on Wednesday, April 8.

High grade Marvel keys are topping the comics auction, starting with Emma Frost, aka the White Queen, making her first cover appearance on X-Men #131 CGC 9.8, courtesy of artist Dave Cockrum. Spectacular Spider-Man #1 CGC 9.8 features an appearance of the Tarantula and a scene that was recreated in the Spider-Man: Brand New Day trailer.

The original art auction includes Simone Bianchi and Andrew Silvestri’s Astonishing X-Men #28 story page 10 showing the team investigating a multiversal mystery. Moebius’ “Police in the Arena” sketch is a rarely seen early work by the European master.

Heritage’s video game auction features a rare Amazing Spider-Man CES sample prototype cartridge for Game Boy, which was Peter Parker’s first outing in a handheld game. Vampire Hunter D WATA 9.8 sealed for PlayStation is the Japanese version of the game based on Hideyuki Kikuchi’s 1985 novel, Demon Deathchase.
