This weekend the city of brotherly love isn’t just the place to go for a great cheesesteak sandwich. Sunday, February 17, 2008 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM is the next Philadelphia Comic Book Convention. Located at the Ramada Philadelphia Airport in Essington, PA, admission is the incredibly low price of $3 with free onsite parking.

A large selection of comic books and collectibles will be set up on over 60 dealer tables. Featured items are Golden, Silver, and Bronze Age comics, modern comics and the newest issues, original artwork, graphic novels, trade paperbacks, and hardcovers, DVDs, Japanese manga, toys and action figures, statues and busts, and non-sports cards.

Attending dealers include Nationwide Comics, Bob Cook, Everyday Comics, Flynn’s Comics, Todd Warren/Philadelphia Comic Book Company, Doug Brown, Gary Platt/Adventure Planet, Battlefield Comics, TDS Enterprises, The Comic Book Shop, Lost in Space Collectibles, All-American Comics, Welcome Back Comics, JNS Comics, Silver Fox Comics, Bagged and Boarded, Wade’s Comic Madness, The Comic Book Store, and more.
