
Cullins, Nowlan, More Announced for Baltimore Comic-Con
The Baltimore Comic-Con has revealed the latest round of comic creators who will appear at the show on September 25-27, 2026. Mark Buckingham, Paris Cullins, Todd Dezago, Carla Speed McNeil, Kevin Nowlan, and Craig Rousseau are the latest guests added to the convention at the Baltimore Convention Center.
Best known for his art on Vertigo’s Fables, Buckingham started his career in 1990 with Neil Gaiman on Miracleman at Eclipse. He became a regular at DC for his work on titles like 2000 AD, Hellblazer, and Shade, the Changing Man. His work on Fables earned him five Eisner Awards for his work. He also had popular runs on Ghost Rider 2099, Generation X, Doctor Strange, and Peter Parker: Spider-Man.

Cullins is a comic artist and storyteller who rose to prominence in the 1980s at DC. He is best known for co-creating Blue Devil and his acclaimed run on Blue Beetle. He worked on the revival of New Gods, and at Marvel, he provided art in Hyperkind in Clive Barker’s Razorline imprint.
Dezago has written for DC, Marvel, Dark Horse, Image, and Scout Comics. He has written for Spider-Man, X-Factor, X-Men, Avengers, Marvel Super Hero Squad, Justice League, Flash, Batman, and Young Justice. He co-created the fantasy title Tellos with Mike Wieringo.
McNeil is the author and artist of Finder, and has worked on projects like Queen & Country: Operation: Stormfront, and adapted Pendragon: The Merchant of Death. Her work is featured in Frank Ironwine, Bad Houses, My Little Pony, Legends of Red Sonja, and The Sleep of Reason.

Nowlan has been a penciler, inker, colorist, and letterer for over 40 years. His credits include Batman: Sword of Azrael, Batman Black and White, Tomorrow Stories, Doctor Strange, Infernal Man-Thing, and Superman: The Last Days of Lex Luthor. He also helped design characters for Batman: The Animated Series, including Joker, Killer Croc, the Mad Hatter, and the Man-Bat.
Rousseau’s art talents have been utilized in Batman Beyond, Harley Quinn, and Batman ’66 at DC, and Iron Man & the Iron Wars, Captain America & the Korvac Saga, and Spider-Man Loves Mary Jane. He has recently worked on Young Hellboy and his creator-owned The Perhapanauts.
“These are truly some of the industry’s finest,” Baltimore Comic-Con show promoter Marc Nathan said. “From their own properties to some legendary runs on titles from the Big Two (as well as other significant creators’ properties), you have a dealer’s choice of amazing talent from which to choose. Fans will be anxious to see them this fall!”
