Cosplayers Reveal Occupations on Buzzfeed
Cosplayers are a regular part of the convention experience. They come in all shapes and sizes, colors and ethnicities, both genders, and all ages. Sometimes they are toddlers dressed as Ninja Turtles, teenagers dressed as Spike Spiegel, or 40 year-olds dressed as the Little Mermaid. They emulate comic books, anime, TV shows, video games, and cartoons. They’ll be Snow Queens, samurai sword wheedling zombie hunters, caped crusaders, and Jedi.
But what do all of these fine folks do when they aren’t cosplaying? Last weekend BuzzFeed.com asked New York Comic Con cosplayers what they do when the cowls, wigs, and tights come off and the work attire goes on.
The answers are interesting, proving yet again that cosplay is a hobby that appeals to everyone. Check them out at BuzzFeed.com.
