Sharlto Copley has been cast as Christian Walker and Michelle Forbes will play Retro Girl in Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Avon Oeming’s Powers, which is scheduled to debut on PSN (Sony’s Playstation Network). They’ll be joining the previously announced Eddie Izzard, Noah Taylor, Olesya Rulin, Max Fowler and Adam Godley. Susan Heyward will play Deena Pilgrim.

“For Christian Walker we need someone who could look everyone in the eye and make us believe they could be all the things that Christian Walker is and was: someone who used to be a powerful superhero with his own moral code, who had lost his powers and his way, and was now down here with us taking the role of a homicide detective specifically working cases involving powers,” Bendis said in a post.

He said in Copley they’ve found their man.

The 10-episode series should start streaming in December 2014.
