Cool Ghouls at Monster Mania

Last weekend Monster Mania took over the Hunt Valley Inn in Hunt Valley, Maryland for their annual show. Horror fans descended on the area some in elaborate costumes and some dressed as their favorite horror movie villain to celebrate the genre. Vendors sold a variety of items from t-shirts, DVDs, posters, buttons, and figures to horror pin-up calendars, Halloween-themed rubber ducks, jewelry, and original artwork. The con held panel discussions with the guests, showed films throughout the weekend.

Guests met Freddy Krueger himself, Robert Englund, who took time for conversations and photos with fans, while occasionally slipping into his Freddy voice much to the delight of the crowd. Attendees also got to meet Billy Dee Williams (Lando Calrissian of Star Wars), Kane Hodder (Jason Voorhees in several Friday, the 13th movies), Dick Warlock (Michael Myers in Halloween II), and George P. Wilbur (Michael Myers in Halloween IV and Halloween VI). The show held a reunion for The Walking Dead with stars Scott Wilson (Herschel), Emily Kinney (Beth), Lawrence Gilliard, Jr. (Bob), and Chad Coleman (Tyreese), as well as reunions for The Monster Squad, Halloween VI, and Children of the Corn.
