ComicConnect’s Event Auction 66 opens on Monday, June 1, 2026, with what they describe as “amazing original art and vintage comics.”

Event Auction 66 offers the Action Comics #1 Rocket copy, #17 7.5, and #15 6.0, plus Batman #1 6.0 as part of several Golden Age Batman comics in a variety of grades.

The auction features more Golden Age keys like Wonder Woman’s first appearance in All Star Comics #8 joining the pioneering Wonder Woman #1 and the Presidential election-themed issue 7, along with rarities like Planet Comics #1 and Wambi the Jungle Boy #1.

Marvel keys include Fantastic Four #1 9.0, Daredevil #1 9.6, and copies of Amazing Spider-Man #1 and Incredible Hulk #1. There’s also an Amazing Spider-Man #6 9.6 showcasing Steve Ditko’s action-packed cover art.

ComicConnect’s original art offerings include John Romita, Sr.’s defining depiction of the origin of Spider-Man on Amazing Spider-Man #50 and a page from Amazing Spider-Man #108. Modern master Humberto Ramos introduces Spidey to Disney on the cover of Amazing Fantasy #1000, matched with another variant.

A true horror highlight is Bernie Wrightson’s work for 1971’s House of Mystery #195. The cover art for the story “Bat Out of Hell” has become one of the defining examples for Wrightson’s work in horror comics. Moebius provides the cover art for Marvel Tales #253 with a chilling interpretation of Morbius, The Living Vampire.

There’s a Jack Kirby page featuring the Silver Surfer and Galactus as he reunites with Stan Lee for 1978’s The Silver Surfer: The Ultimate Cosmic Experience, plus George Pérez bringing together Marvel and DC icons for the cover of Comics Interview #6.

Other historical finds include Keith Giffen introducing Lobo in Omega Men #3, Frank Miller going to the morgue with Matt Murdock in Elektra Lives Again, and Neal Adams’ own death of Superman in Superman #213, as well as works by Tim Sale, Bob Brown, John Byrne, and more.
