Dealers Anthony Snyder, Bechara Maalouf, Will Gabri-EL, Frank Giella, Hans Kosenkranius, Jim Warden, Rich Donnelly, Albert Moy, Brad the Savage, and Scott Eder, and auction houses ComicConnect, ComicLink and Heritage Auctions have been announced as the vendors for the next edition of Comic Art Con is set for Sunday, September 21, 2014 at the Clarion Empire Meadowland Hotel (formerly the Crown Plaza Meadowlands, same location), 2 Harmon Plaza, Secaucus, NJ 07094 from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Admission is $10 and parking is free of charge.

“Comic Art Con, a show dedicated solely to original comic book art, is not just for the hardcore art collector. If you are just getting started or just appreciate viewing artwork there is something for you at Comic Art Con. The room is truly like a museum, (except for the right price you can take something home with you!),” said Dan Gallo, the show’s co-promoter.

Last week Gallo told Scoop that the dealers tables were 100% sold out, continuing the show’s trend.

“More and more collectors walk through the doors each show and it is always great to see not just how much ridiculously good art the dealers have, but also how many attendees bring their art to either trade, sell, or share,” he said.

“Comic Art Con is the only show totally devoted to comic art. For me, Comic Art Con is the top event of the year. I never miss going and have found some of my best pieces of art there,” said collector Robert Weinberg.

“I drive up from Virginia and consider Comic Art Con a can’t miss show.  Auction prices are just nutty and at Comic Art Con I always manage to find a deal,” said collector-dealer Thomas Fish.

“Comic Art Con is my absolute favorite convention to vend as a dealer; it’s not only very fun, but allows lots of face-to-face interactions with collectors while still being laid back,” said dealer Will Gabri-El. “And for me as a collector it’s chocked full of original art with more pages per capita than any convention on the planet…something for every collector at any budget.”

“We hope you will come join us for another fantastic afternoon at Comic Art Con,” Gallo said.

The show’s special guest artist will be announced soon.
