Jack Lake Productions the official publisher of Classics Illustrated Comics is expanding their line to include Junior editions. Jaak Jarve, President of Jack Lake Productions has stated that it is his dream to provide important literature to children, parents, and teachers. As described by Jarve, “The Classics Illustrated Junior books teach good old-fashioned values and nurture a child’s imagination.”

The Classics Illustrated Comic line will tell favorite stories through the comics medium. Stories to be told include The Three Little Pigs, Sleeping Beauty, Jack and the Beanstalk, and Little Red Riding Hood, which will all be released this month. Older readers will enjoy the Classics Illustrated line telling stories of The Three Musketeers, Moby Dick, and The Last of the Mohicans. Beloved comic artists Jack Kirby, George Evans, Dick Ayers, and Sam Glanzman have all contributed art to the books.
