3-D pop artist Charles Fazzino has been commissioned by Choice Collectibles to create a limited edition paying tribute to the recent 70 anniversary of the Caped Crusader. Titled “Batman: The Dark Knight,” the artwork blends Fazzino’s signature detail and composition with the stars of the Batman comic series. The artwork was unveiled at a private cocktail reception at Choice Collectibles headquarters.

“I have been asked several times to paint the Caped Crusader,” said Charles Fazzino. “When Choice Collectibles approached me about the 70th anniversary milestone, I knew the time was right. It was definitely a challenge melding my typically bright color palette with the dark, dramatic feel of GothamCity, but I am very happy with the way the piece turned out.”
