Bidding for the ComicLink July Focused Auction begins the evening of Wednesday, July 12, 2017. There are thousands of no reserve lots to bid on. Whether you collect Golden, Silver, Bronze, or Modern Age comics, original artwork, sports cards, or all of the above, you are sure to find something you’ll want to add to your collection.

A major highlight of the July Focused Auction is the first appearance of Spider-Man in Amazing Fantasy #15 CGC 8.0 CVA Exceptional. “ComicLink recently sold a similar 8.0 example in the Spring Featured Auction for a record $261,010 and we expect this one to cause a similar level of excitement! It exhibits deep, rich colors and only only minimal wear. It’s a lovely specimen that would make for a special centerpiece within virtually any Silver Age collection,” ComicLink founder and President Josh Nathanson said.

“Other items of note within the comic book portion include (but are not limited to) a large group of Tales of Suspense starting with #1, most in high grade, including the key #39 (first Iron Man) in CGC 8.0 as well as the start of the Fantucchio Justice Leagues. There are also Amazing Fantasy #15 examples in other conditions, Brave and the Bold #28 (first Justice League) CGC 6.0, Daredevil #1 (first Daredevil) CGC 8.5, Tomb of Dracula #10 CGC 9.8 Signature Series, Incredible Hulk #1 CGC 8.0 (married) and #181 CGC 9.4, and key Moderns like Amazing Spider-Man #300 in CGC 9.8. The Golden Age selection includes popular DC issues, tough pre-code horror examples, some highly desirable Alex Schomburg Timely covers and rare Canadian Whites. There’s a collection of early Superman memorabilia including a complete original 1939 Superman of America Club Kit,” Nathanson added.

Additionally, they are offering hundreds of lots of original comic book related artwork by many different artists within this auction, and we are offering vintage sports cards in conjunction with SportscardLink.com.

ComicLink is now accepting consignments for the Summer Featured Auction and other upcoming auctions. To reserve upcoming auction placement any of the firm’s future auctions, simply email buysell@comiclink.com with your prospective sale list, or call (617) 517-0062 (option 1). If you do not prefer auctions, ComicLink is also always accepting new sellers for the ComicLink exchange marketplaces, brokering private placement deals, and buying outright. So, it pays to get in touch no matter your selling preference, and ComicLink always looks forward to hearing from potential sellers.
