Although the shut down of pre-production on the Broadway musical Spider-Man, Turn Off the Dark was announced as only temporary, there were many media sources that were suggesting that the show’s official demise was merely a fait accompli. Now come those three famous words familiar to comic book readers: Not so fast!

Now reportedly some work has resumed on the show. The New York Post’s Michael Reidel has written that Bono, who collaborated with his U2 band mate The Edge for the show’s music for the show, has raised the money to restart production.
