Komikwerks.com, in their ever-expanding presence on the web, has just added
an online web log for their line of web comics. Blogwerks adds the popular
phenomenon of blogging to their growing collection of online comics, so fans can
respond to and provide feedback for the various strips.

The blogs are
available to any creator contributing to the online strips on www.komicwerks.com and open to all
fans for response. The main purpose of the blogs is to provide behind-the-scenes
content delving into what it takes to do an online comic, but the topics of the
blogs will be entirely the creator discretion.

“[T]rue to the
nature of blogging, it’ll really be [up] to the creators to decide what they
write about,” said Rob M. Worley, Director of Web Development for
Komikwerks.

The blogs, which officially launched Monday, May 08, 2006,
have already been taken advantage of by the creators. Elf Help writer,
Robert Burke Richardson, has already posted with the break down of the anatomy
of a page and with previews of upcoming strips.

The Blogwerks site can be
accessed at www.komikwerks.com/blogwerks
and are prepped for Grounded Angel, Universal Intergalactic Discovery
Company
and others that coincide with the future ongoing
strips.
