Moonstone Books; $3.99

This new Phantom series begins right where the last one left off, and that’s with writer Mike Bullock’s firm grasp on the character and his solid understanding of good pacing. Artist Silvestre Szilagyi delivers as well, both in the action seens and the quieter moments. Just about everything Moonstone has done with the character has been enjoyable, and this one is certainly no exception.
